The goal here was to make an IPA. I’ve been putting it off because I’m not a huge fan of IPAs, but with as much beer as I’ve been making, I should make at least one batch of an IPA. So here it is, batch #10.
Moderate aroma of citrus and mild grassiness. Medium hop flavor with moderate hop bitterness. The low, pleasant maltiness goes right along with the body and hop flavor that provides a nice balance. There is a medium finish and a bitterness that lingers quite nicely into the aftertaste.
Appearance is a light amber color with an orangish tint. It lacks in clarity, but makes up for it with its strong, lingering white head.
